    Hey Elinor!
Good to see things are moving in the right direction!
And, it’s so cool to see my name on someone’s blog, being that I’m “blogless”! That always sounds sort of, well, like something’s lacking… ahem.
Well, I enjoyed making the little Double Breasted Seed Stitch sweater and when our granddaughter is big enough to wear it I think it’ll be a great outdoorsy sweater.
    I’d recommend it, highly.
Thank you for making the pattern available and at no charge. But even if you did, people would be more than willing to pay for such a nice, classic design.

Hi there Elinor - I have admired this since I saw Lisa’s Double Breasted Seed Stitch Sweater - and I think you are so generous in making it available to other Grandmas like me!

Thank you very much for the lovely pattern - it is printed off and ready for me to start!

    Kind regards

from Sunny Brisbane, in Queensland, Australia

    love

    Hi Elinor!
I echo Yvette’s thank you from another G’ma! Since I retired a year ago, I seem to have taken up knitting ‘full time’!! Thank you from another Midwest knitter in IOWA!!

This pattern is too adorable. I can’t wait to tell the grandmas and wannabe grandmas. I might even whip one up for a friend of mine that’s having a baby, even though she has tons of baby clothes.

Your blog title made me laugh because I cancelled my gym membership to start my knitting hobby. I love knitting and hate the gym. Congrats to you on the running training program. I tried one of those and it was NOT meant to be…
